That beginning on January 1, 2026, the minimum gate transaction fee shall increase to $47.00 per use, the gate rate collection fee shall increase to $52.00 per ton, the hard to handle waste fee shall increase to $152.00 per ton, the tire fee shall increase to $8.00 per tire, the environmental fee shall increase to $3.00 per ton, and the freon evacuation fee shall remain at $25.00 per unit. The ADEQ fee will be assessed as a separate per-ton fee at the rate set by ADEQ each year.
