What are your goals for your junk removal business?

Remember there is a difference between truly being a 'business owner' (a CEO) and self-employed to your small business. There is nothing wrong with either. What is your goal?

If you want to become a business owner. Your first goal is to get off the truck, then off the phones, to an operations manager of your business. Then after that, you need to make enough to hire an operations manager, then you have truly become a 'business owner' and CEO.
