4. How To Close Phone Calls
Greet properly
Try not to sound unsure, and stop using "ummm", and "like" (confidence)
Be insanely friendly
You are trying to help them, you are doing them a favor
You are on their side
Always lead the conversation
ASK QUESTIONS FIRST (have a conversation!), before going into the pitch (have empathy, build rapport)
Avoid giving estimates over the phone
Avoid giving your full load price (unless they ask)
Know the difference between quote vs estimate
Avoid photos via text unless you have to
Try to just schedule the job
Remind them "no pressure no obligation"
Be sure to let them know you come prepared to remove their junk if they like the price
When you get a price shopper, exit nicely with a "please call us back if you need anything"
