By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
- Description of Service
Autopilot provides software tools designed to help home service businesses manage operations including scheduling, customer management, communication, invoicing, analytics, and related functions.
We may modify, improve, or discontinue features of the Service at any time.
- Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account.
You agree to:
• Provide accurate information
• Keep login credentials secure
• Be responsible for activity under your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- Subscription and Payments
Some parts of the Service require a paid subscription.
By subscribing you agree:
• To pay all applicable fees
• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Payments are non-refundable except where required by law
We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of the Service.

By using the Service you grant Autopilot permission to store, process, and transmit Customer Data as necessary to operate the platform.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Autopilot may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.
- Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, design, content, and technology, is owned by Autopilot and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without permission.
- Termination
You may cancel your account at any time.

Upon termination, your access to the Service will end.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Autopilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability arising out of the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Autopilot in the previous 12 months.
- Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your specific business needs.
- Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Autopilot against claims arising from:
• Your use of the Service
• Your Customer Data
• Your violation of these Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
