CLIP, short for Computerized Lawn Industry Program, has been scheduling and billing lawn work since 1986, which makes it one of the oldest vertical software products still on the market. CLIPitc is its cloud version. Since 2020 it has been owned by Fullsteam, a payments-focused private equity roll-up that owns dozens of vertical software brands.

CLIP's core is route scheduling, drag-and-drop routing tied to Google Maps, invoicing, customer management, and profit-per-customer reporting, with QuickBooks sync included at no extra cost and unlimited email, chat, and phone support. Pricing is not published on the site; third parties report entry pricing roughly in the $40 to $65 a month range, and in-house payment processing runs $14.95 a month plus 2.85 percent per transaction. The platform runs in the browser, including on mobile, rather than through dedicated crew apps.
