Autopilot vs Netic AI
Netic is autonomous demand capture for service enterprises: AI that answers, books, upsells, and scores calls into the FSM you already run. It is built and sold for big operators. Autopilot gives a small crew the same answered-every-call outcome inside its own CRM, for $49 a month flat.

Who is Netic AI?
Netic AI is a venture-backed startup that raised $43 million at a $450 million valuation in November 2025 from Founders Fund and Greylock. It sells what it calls a multi-channel AI revenue engine for service enterprises: Convert books jobs autonomously across calls, texts, web chat, and widgets; Cultivate mines your customer data and runs autonomous campaigns for upsells and memberships; Empower is the analytics dashboard; Evaluate scores contact center calls. The company says its AI has booked over 50,000 jobs autonomously, and its revenue grew about 2,100 percent in 2025.
Like the rest of the AI layer wave, Netic is not a CRM. It integrates into the field service system you already run and books work there, keeping that platform as the system of record. Its case studies are large regional operators like Hoffmann Brothers, and its target verticals run from home services and pest control to roofing, consumer health, and veterinary. Pricing is not published; you start with a demo.
For an enterprise with a contact center and a mature FSM, Netic is a serious, well-funded option. For a small crew there is a mismatch: it assumes you already own an expensive platform underneath, and it is not sold at two-truck prices.
Who is Autopilot?
Autopilot is an all-in-one CRM built for home service businesses: junk removal, cleaning, landscaping, moving, and the rest of the trades that keep neighborhoods running. Plans start at $49 a month for scheduling, estimates, invoicing, payments, and online booking. Crew at $99 adds two-way texting and limited calling. Full Throttle at $149 adds the full phone system, AI receptionist, QuickBooks, GPS, and marketing tools. Plans include 1, 5, or 10 team members respectively.
It was built by a founder who ran his own junk removal company and got tired of paying for three tools that didn't talk to each other. Over 400 businesses run on it today, and it holds a 4.8 rating on the App Store and 4.9 on Google Play.
Against Netic, the pitch is scale-appropriate: Autopilot gives a small crew AI that answers and books every call inside its own $49 a month CRM, no enterprise platform or enterprise quote required.

The bottom line
Two different tools for two different businesses. Here is the honest split.
Choose Netic AI if…
- You are a multi-branch service enterprise with a contact center and a mature FSM already in place
- You want autonomous outbound campaigns mined from years of customer data
- You want call scoring across a large CSR team
- You have the volume to justify an enterprise AI engagement
Choose Autopilot if…
- You are a crew of 1 to 15 and just need every call answered and booked
- You want a published flat price, $49 to $149 a month, instead of an enterprise quote
- You do not have (or want) a separate FSM for the AI to ride on
- You want the phone system, texting, invoicing, and marketing in the same app as the AI
Switching from Netic AI takes an afternoon
Four steps, and our team does the heavy one for you.
