Autopilot vs Probook AI
Probook is AI dispatch for big multi-location operators: it fills the board, assigns the right tech, and cuts dispatcher headcount, riding on top of the FSM you already run. Autopilot plans start at $49 a month, and the $149 Full Throttle plan includes the full phone system, AI receptionist, QuickBooks, GPS, and marketing tools.

Who is Probook AI?
Probook AI is one of the best-funded startups in home services, with $40 million raised in June 2026 from Andreessen Horowitz and Sequoia. It calls itself the AI operating system for home services, and its core product is AI dispatching: capturing voice and web leads with full context, validating bookings, assigning the right technician to the right job, and automating around 90 percent of customer chats. The ambition is bigger than dispatch; investors describe dispatch as the beachhead for taking over more of the FSM from above.
The results it publishes are aimed squarely at large operators. Del-Air went from 22 dispatchers to 10 across 8 locations, Anthony (a Turnpoint Services brand) cut dispatchers from 16 to 8 with a 20 percent average ticket increase, and Cardinal reports an 82 percent true booking rate. Its marketing says it serves America's largest home service brands, and pricing is not published; you book a demo and get a quote.
Probook is not a CRM. It sits on top of an incumbent field service platform and optimizes the workflow inside it. That makes it a compelling buy for a 100-tech operation with a dispatch department, and a poor fit for a small crew where the owner is the dispatcher.
Who is Autopilot?
Autopilot is an all-in-one CRM built for home service businesses: junk removal, cleaning, landscaping, moving, and the rest of the trades that keep neighborhoods running. Plans start at $49 a month for scheduling, estimates, invoicing, payments, and online booking. Crew at $99 adds two-way texting and limited calling. Full Throttle at $149 adds the full phone system, AI receptionist, QuickBooks, GPS, and marketing tools. Plans include 1, 5, or 10 team members respectively.
It was built by a founder who ran his own junk removal company and got tired of paying for three tools that didn't talk to each other. Over 400 businesses run on it today, and it holds a 4.8 rating on the App Store and 4.9 on Google Play.
Autopilot plans start at $49 a month, and the $149 Full Throttle plan includes the full phone system, AI receptionist, QuickBooks, GPS, and marketing tools.

The bottom line
Two different tools for two different businesses. Here is the honest split.
Choose Probook AI if…
- You run a large multi-location operation with a dispatch department to optimize
- You want AI assigning the right technician to the right job at scale
- You already run an enterprise FSM and want to automate the workflow inside it
- Results like 10-plus techs per dispatcher are the metric you are paid on
Choose Autopilot if…
- You are the dispatcher, and what you need is the phone answered while you work
- You want a published flat price, $49 to $149 a month, instead of an enterprise quote
- You want the CRM, phone system, texting, invoicing, and marketing in one app
- You want to try it free for 2 weeks instead of starting with a sales call
