Autopilot vs NOSO Labs
NOSO Labs builds AI agents that follow up on unsold estimates and take paperwork off your technicians, riding on top of whatever CRM you already run. Autopilot plans start at $49 a month, and the $149 Full Throttle plan includes the full phone system, AI receptionist, QuickBooks, GPS, and marketing tools.

Who is NOSO Labs?
NOSO Labs is a Y Combinator Summer 2025 startup founded by Winston Chi, a second-time founder whose last company was acquired by GrubMarket, and Alex Xi, who led AI work at ByteDance and Meta. Its pitch is AI agents for field technicians: automatically following up on unsold estimates and turning them into booked revenue, plus diagnostics help and proposal generation backed by a large library of equipment manuals, starting with HVAC and expanding into pest control, plumbing, and electrical.
The product works over text, so technicians do not need to learn a new app, and it plugs into your existing CRM or ERP. NOSO claims its agents handle about 95 percent of the follow-up work with the rest escalated to your office, and it carries SOC 2 Type I and II compliance, which is unusual polish for a company this young.
It is not field service software. There is no scheduling board, no invoicing, no customer database of its own; it needs your existing system underneath. Pricing is not published and access is by request. For a shop already on a big FSM with a pile of aging unsold estimates, that can be a sharp tool. A small crew looking for its first real system needs something else.
Who is Autopilot?
Autopilot is an all-in-one CRM built for home service businesses: junk removal, cleaning, landscaping, moving, and the rest of the trades that keep neighborhoods running. Plans start at $49 a month for scheduling, estimates, invoicing, payments, and online booking. Crew at $99 adds two-way texting and limited calling. Full Throttle at $149 adds the full phone system, AI receptionist, QuickBooks, GPS, and marketing tools. Plans include 1, 5, or 10 team members respectively.
It was built by a founder who ran his own junk removal company and got tired of paying for three tools that didn't talk to each other. Over 400 businesses run on it today, and it holds a 4.8 rating on the App Store and 4.9 on Google Play.
Against NOSO Labs, the honest framing is layer versus platform: NOSO automates follow-up on top of the CRM you already pay for, while Autopilot is the CRM, with automated follow-up sequences, the phone, and an AI receptionist already inside.

The bottom line
Two different tools for two different businesses. Here is the honest split.
Choose NOSO Labs if…
- You already run ServiceTitan or another big FSM and just want unsold estimates chased automatically
- Your techs need AI help diagnosing equipment and writing proposals in the field
- You run an HVAC, pest, plumbing, or electrical shop big enough to have a backlog of aging estimates
- SOC 2 compliance is a requirement from your commercial customers
Choose Autopilot if…
- You want one system that answers calls, books jobs, sends estimates, and follows up, not a layer on top of another subscription
- You want automated follow-up sequences included, along with review requests and SMS/email campaigns
- You want published flat pricing ($49/$99/$149) and a free 2-week trial instead of requesting access
- You want a proven crew app: 4.8 on the App Store, 4.9 on Google Play, 400+ businesses
Switching from NOSO Labs takes an afternoon
Four steps, and our team does the heavy one for you.

Send us the file and our team loads your customers, jobs, and price book into Autopilot as part of free onboarding. No spreadsheet wrestling on your end.
- 3
Point your phone number at Autopilot
On Full Throttle, keep your existing business number. We port it or forward it, so calls start landing in Autopilot with recording, transcripts, and the AI receptionist behind them.
