Autopilot vs Launch27
Launch27 is one of the original online booking tools for local cleaning companies, and its booking forms still do the job. Autopilot is the better fit if you want texting, mobile apps, and reviews without climbing a $75-to-$299 ladder, plus a built-in phone and AI receptionist no Launch27 plan offers.

Who is Launch27?
Launch27 is one of the oldest online booking products in the cleaning vertical, built around embeddable booking forms with instant pricing, scheduling for employees and contractors, and automated customer emails. Since 2019 it has been owned by Fullsteam, a private-equity-backed payments roll-up that owns dozens of vertical software brands, so the product now lives inside a larger portfolio rather than a standalone startup.
Current published pricing runs higher than its budget-tool reputation: the Base plan is $75 a month with a branded booking form and email reminders, Pro is $150 a month and adds text reminders, QuickBooks and Zapier integrations, review requests, and an unbranded form, and Plus is $299 a month for mobile apps, multi-location support, and automatic card charging. There is a 14-day trial and a 15 percent discount for annual billing.
The tier ladder is the story. Texting does not arrive until $150 a month, and the mobile apps your cleaners would actually use sit on the $299 plan. There is no built-in phone or AI receptionist at any price. For a booking form alone it works; as the whole system for a growing cleaning company, the math gets steep.
Who is Autopilot?
Autopilot is an all-in-one CRM built for home service businesses: junk removal, cleaning, landscaping, moving, and the rest of the trades that keep neighborhoods running. Plans start at $49 a month for scheduling, estimates, invoicing, payments, and online booking. Crew at $99 adds two-way texting and limited calling. Full Throttle at $149 adds the full phone system, AI receptionist, QuickBooks, GPS, and marketing tools. Plans include 1, 5, or 10 team members respectively.
It was built by a founder who ran his own junk removal company and got tired of paying for three tools that didn't talk to each other. Over 400 businesses run on it today, and it holds a 4.8 rating on the App Store and 4.9 on Google Play.
Autopilot plans start at $49 a month, and the $149 Full Throttle plan includes the full phone system, AI receptionist, QuickBooks, GPS, and marketing tools.
